Lost Packages
If your package has been lost or delayed, please contact your local postal service using the tracking number provided. We will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have left the departure post office and a tracking number is active.
Exceptions
In certain cases, such as if the package was shipped to an incorrect address and the customer provided the correct address, we may consider a refund or replacement.
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
